It was just an ordinary day, just that it was a public holiday.
During the normal day, you woke up at 6 even if the clock doesn't ring and you prepare yourself and get ready for work just like other people.
Today, even it was a holiday, you just can't stop yourself from waking up just like the other days and you find that your life doesn't cater for any other things else beside work. You find that your life is only made up of you and work. If there the day you need no have to go for work, you find that your life is literary empty.
Then you start to think of something to fill in the emptiness and after a few attempts, still get back to sleep is the best way to get out of your own misery.
After sometimes, eventually you wake yourself up again, you start to look for something else to kill your time, you try to do something you like and yet the sky just turn grey and it starts to rain. Your initial plan of going out to took some photo just being washed away by the rain.
Eventually you are tired being alone at home for so long, you try to get away from home. You end up in the shopping complex and just bought any movie ticket that you can get but it was an hour away before it is going to start. You have no aim, no purpose in life.
Then you ended up in a book shop. Bought a book and sit down at some place to read it until it was the time for the movie and it was a late night movie. The movie ended late and you have no other method of transport as the late night charge for cabs were 50% more than the usual one. So you start to run.
Run as if never run before until you reach your destiny. As if to get away from yourself. As if to rip apart your body and your soul.
When you reach your own room, you are once again all alone with your own laptop.
People at work place all are curious when they saw me, first they ask how old am I, then they were amuse that I was the youngest of all in the company. The next thing they always ask was am I attached? I always give them the same answer. It will always be no and it always doesn't sound convincing to them, I wonder why.
During the teenage period, love seems to be everything. But when you get grown up, day by day you start giving up part of yourself. You think that being rational is for more important than being impulsive. You don't have high hopes, you keep yourself low profile and try to blend into the walls.
Sometimes when you wake up, you feel that it is easier that today is the last day of your life and yet till the end of the day, you completed you daily cycle. You slept and you woke up. It's another day again and that day you talk to yourself: "Today is going to be another day, a great day ahead".
Let's not lost ourself when the day passes by. You are not going to be ordinary, because you are going to be extra ordinary~!
You thought me how and it always will be.
There are parts that you try to get rid of it, but then you realize that it was already being buried deep inside you. You rely on it too much that to get away from it means to lose yourself and you can't afford to do so. End up you just have to live with it.
You wish to
jump out from your routine to do what your are suppose to do, wanted to do and don't care about the consequences.
